UX / UI Case Study
A standalone application which is easy to access for students, faculties, administrative & parents.

1
OVERVIEW
The current website is just an informational place which lacks lot of details about college and also the CMS website need to be integrated with the main website.

2
PROBLEM
Being a well know Design institute Ecole Intuit Lab lacks a self sufficient website/mobile application. They are currently relying on Third party apps which in turn makes life more complicated for their own students, faculties, & administration team. The unfriendly UI design makes them use their own personal resources and it also lacks proper communication medium between each groups.
3
SOLUTION
Simplifying the offline presence by making the accessibility easy for every user with a transition from website to mobile application with a complete integration of all technical aspects too

Paper Prototype
One of the best tool that allows to think through and test ideas. I took a paper & a pen to sketch out initial ideas which were later refined and this helps in validating individual design decision

2
Wireframe
The simplified design layout where visual design is not implemented. Below are few low-fidelity design

3
Final Design
We all know how important the First impression is. I wanted the application to encourage the user to use it for its simple and intuitive interface. Here are few visual screen

Usability Testing
Once the visual design was ready I tested the prototype with the target audience to check if application could now over the struggles they were facing. The application was tested in the college campus with students & faculties while I observed their navigation process.
The users were fairly happy with the change in UI design as the navigation was far more simple and data is clearly represented through visuals which in turn makes understanding easy.
